superb location concierge service stained bathtub limited menu

The location was superb. the hotel was conveniently located near many shops (i could spend hours in them!). i also appreciated the concierge service. I could leave my bags before my later flight, which gave me extra time to explore.

the bathtub could have been cleaner. i noticed some stains that detracted from the otherwise luxurious feel (it was a bit disappointing).

excellent stay!!!

central location easy access stylish hotel

I stayed one night after a concert at the state theatre. the location is fantastic for exploring the city. walking to qvb is easy, and public transportation is very close. i found the hotel stylish and comfortable. It felt very luxurious.

the room lacked some casting ability, such as apple tv. the restaurant food was a bit disappointing. my dinner was not warm enough, and i sent it back.

Acceptable stay, problem with the temperature

The location is right in the heart of the city, I could walk to many places.

The room was too cold. I tried to adjust the temperature but I couldn't seem to get it right. It was frustrating trying to sleep in such a cold room.
